Range of Motion for Pro Model Force Fins
A Kinematic Comparison of Swimming with
Two Different Designs of Dive Fins

At no point during any portion of the kick phase, wearing a Pro Model Force Fin, did the ankle joint reach 180 degrees. When using the Force Fins there was an overall ROM of only 38.18 degrees in the left ankle and 43.61 in the right ankle This correspondes to 21.77% of the overall ROM of the left ankle joint and 24.33% of the overall ROM of the right ankle joint.
