ocated on eight beautiful acres, just 7 miles west of I-75. It is 90 miles north of Orlando and 40 miles south of Gainesville.

All courses, except cave, are taught at the Grotto site.

This is the safest dive training facility for teaching Extended Range Diving Courses due to its natural design of deep, clear and warm water. The depth is 240 feet (73 meters), which is where it gets its name "Forty Fathoms."

Professional Scuba Association (PSA) CEO and founder, Hal Watts, currently holds the Men's World Record Deep Air Cave Dive to 415 feet (127 meters) and as of January, 2000, has trained six other Deep Air Record Divers, including his daughter Scarlet Watts, who holds the Woman's World Record Deep Air Ocean Dive to 425 feet (130 meters), and Mark Andrews of England, who holds the world record deep air dive for men to 517 feet (157) meters.
