The dynamics of the Fin Blades that attach to the Launch Pad System can be changed with a twist of your wrist while your underwater and underway!

The Launch Pad System is modular.
Your Launch Pad Foot Pocket is designed to take on a variety of fin blades.

Seriously Technical Fins for serious technically oriented divers.

Diving Cayman Brac with Reef Divers this past May, I was able to put our new Ops (Oscillating Propulsion System) Blade on my new Launch Pad through the paces. The dive master was kind enough to model for me, and I was able to watch how well the final blades work.

OPS, our Oscillating Propulsion System, attaches to our Launch Pad Foot Pocket. It has a long narrow blade that tapers to a point, to draw water similar to the way in which water wicks to the end of a leaf. When you kick it oscillates like an eel!

When locked into its flat position, the blade is flexible. Twist the blade at its point of attachment to stiffen the blade and shorten the oscillation for more sprint acceleration, when confronting current!

Other Fin Blades available to attach to our Launch Pad System are:

Foils attached to Launch Pad

Angel Wings attached to Launch Pad

Force Fin Blade with Bat Wings attached to Launch Pad

At this time, the blades are attached with a stainless steel screw. Why? Because it is strong as steel! Hex key provided.
At Jean Michel Cousteau's Resort in Fiji, this past November, I was able to dive with a stellar cast of dignitaries that included, my diving buddy, Don Santee, Dr. Sylvia Earle, Dr. Phil Nuytten, Ron and Valerie Taylor, Barry Andrewatha, Historical Diving Society's Founder, Leslie Leaney, and our hosts Jean Michel Cousteau and Nan Marr, I took this shot of our dive master diving an Ops. I was happy to see the water wicking off the tip of the fin, just like I intended it to after watching rain run off leaves in a tropical forest.
