This
swimmer has impaired leg strength. It is important that he exercise his
legs. He can move his body forward to work his legs against the resistance
of the Force Fin blade. The snap of the Force Fin blade recovers his legs and resets them for the next downward, in his case, body motion. Force Fin's hydrodynamic shape and snap of the blade on the recovery (upstroke) also help to keep his legs close to the surface. |
